Centresource.in (hereinafter referred to as "Centresource", "we", "us", or "our") provides a software and allied services in India and abraod (the "Services") which includes, and is accessible via the website published at www.centREsource.in (and any other websites with Center source branding that link to these Terms) (collectively, the "Site"). The Services, for example, allow users to access and use the various applications provided by Centresource for online use. By using the Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use ("Terms"), whether or not you become a registered user of the Services. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services, and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and CENTRESOURCE. CENTRESOURCE does not pre-screen or regularly review all contributed content. However, CENTRESOURCE has the absolute right (though not the obligation) to remove, without notice, any content posted.

By posting any content, you represent and warrant:

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, CENTRESOURCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Release

Applicability

Force Majeure

No Waiver

Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with the Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

Severability

If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cochin.
